Job Title: Fitness Professional

We are seeking an experienced Fitness Professional to join our corporate wellness team. This role is designed to work alongside the Head Coach, supporting high-intensity group training and functional strength development.

You will also conduct daily consultations with employees and contribute to creating a safe and motivating training environment for those participating in our performance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and occasionally lead Strength & Conditioning sessions. The responsibilities will be shared with the Head Coach.
  • Lead Mobility & Recovery sessions focusing on corrective exercise.
  • Conduct daily consultations with employees for assessments, progress tracking, and injury-prevention strategies.
  • Support the Head Coach in implementing training blocks.
  • Ensure proper form, technique, and safe training practices in every session.
  • Collaborate with employees to build consistency, confidence, and functional performance.
  • Maintain training logs and provide structured feedback on employee progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recognised Strength & Conditioning certification such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE (S&C specialisation), or CrossFit Level 1+ is mandatory.
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training.
  • A holistic, form-first approach to coaching is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • A passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes is necessary.
  • A team-player mindset, open to learning, collaborating, and working under a senior coach.
