Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team.

The successful candidate will facilitate meetings, develop and implement Agile methodologies, and work with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Developing and implementing Agile project management tools and processes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master
  • Excellent hands-on understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board
  • Hands-on experience in developing and using ADO dashboard to track key Agile performance health KPIs
  • Effective communication and action orientation skills
  • Good hands-on experience with Agile estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in sprint forecasting
  • Effective skills in removing impediments
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
