In addition, you will provide guidance, support, and leadership to the team, establishing effective ways of working within and across teams.

Your expertise will also be essential in driving delivery practices, running agile scrum ceremonies, and producing agile artefacts.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with the development team to implement shift-left testing practices, ensuring early and frequent testing throughout the development lifecycle.

You will conduct performance analysis, optimization, and tuning of data processing workflows and systems to enhance efficiency and meet performance targets.

Additionally, you will support the team's iterations, scope, capacity, risks, issues, and timelines.

Your participation in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural reviews will be crucial in maintaining code quality, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring adherence to standards.

As a mentor and coach, you will foster the professional growth of engineers, assisting them in overcoming technical challenges and creating a culture of quality and efficiency.

Finally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies, data quality standards, and data management processes.
