Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager is a key leadership role that oversees the daily operations of our centre, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery.

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and oversee a dedicated team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day activities of the centre, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and implement strategic goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving growth and development.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the centre, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage health, safety, and security risks effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior operations management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance principles and risk management practices.
