Job Title: Strategic Storyteller

The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller who knows how to connect ideas to culture. They have 3-5 years of experience in advertising, branded content, or creative agencies, and are comfortable switching between strategy, ideation, and execution.

The role requires a strong eye for design, film, and communication. The successful candidate will work across films, ads, branded content, and experimental campaigns, collaborating with a young and ambitious team.

  • Create campaign ideas and decks that clients can't say no to.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and translate it into powerful creative work.
  • Oversee shoots, content pieces, and campaigns as a Producer/Director.
  • Keep the team ahead by scouting global creative work, trends, and innovations.
