The Role
  • Conduct thorough research to uncover insights that fuel great ideas.
  • Design campaign ideas & decks that clients love.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure ideas stay aligned.
  • Bring ideas to life across films, campaigns, and content.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, culture, and conversations to create fresh and relevant work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development → Research, brainstorm, and design full-fledged campaign ideas.
  • Deck Design & Pitches → Create sharp, visually engaging decks that sell ideas with impact.
  • Client Collaboration → Work closely with clients to understand their world and translate it into powerful creative work.
  • Creative Production → Oversee shoots, content pieces, and campaigns as a Producer/Director.
  • Trendspotting → Keep the team ahead by scouting global creative work, trends, and innovations.
  • Idea Generation → Be the go-to person when the team or client needs a killer idea.
Requirements
  • A natural storyteller who knows how to connect ideas to culture.
  • 3–5 years of experience in advertising / branded content / creative agencies.
  • Comfortable switching between strategy, ideation, and execution.
  • Sharp presentation skills to sell an idea in a room.
  • A strong eye for design, film, and communication.

Have creative freedom (with responsibility) to push boundaries and work across films, ads, branded content, and experimental campaigns.
