Tech & Applications

  • Expertise in implementing and supporting various applications such as PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance is essential.
  • Ensure seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.

Security & Compliance

  • Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure across multiple properties ensuring network reliability and uptime.
  • Implement cybersecurity frameworks to maintain data security.
  • Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols regularly.

Vendor Management

  • Manage vendor relationships and track performance against service level agreements.
  • Evaluate new technology solutions and pilots.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance on technical matters and promoting collaboration within the team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Digital Enablement

  • Leverage digital platforms to enhance guest experiences through mobile check-in and self-service kiosks.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

As a seasoned IT leader, you will own multi-unit/ location IT operations and project implementation, serving as a bridge between hotels, functional stakeholders, and leadership teams. Your success will also provide a pipeline for succession, exposing team members to transformation initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of IT leadership experience with expertise in hospitality, travel, or related services.
  • Proven ability to manage distributed IT operations and deliver complex projects.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific technologies and systems, including hospitality applications like PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, and Finance platforms.
  • Experience with cybersecurity and compliance, particularly in India, with knowledge of GDPR and other country privacy regulations.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on executing under strategic direction.
