Job Description

This is a senior role within our wealth management division, focused on driving change and innovation. The successful candidate will work on high-impact projects that shape the future of client experience.

  • The primary objective is to drive efficiency initiatives, reduce operational risk, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Business analysis and documentation are key components of this role, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and gap identification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and actionable solutions.
  • Perform process and system improvements through data-driven analysis.

Risk Management

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of the role.
  • Enhance data integrity through effective data analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Address system exceptions and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of client experience and front office operations in wealth management is essential. Experience in business analysis and project management is also required. Additionally, knowledge of client reporting systems and digital platforms is necessary. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial for success in this role. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities are also required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with workflow management tools (e.g., JIRA) are highly valued.
