Fashion Designing Trainer Role

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Designing Trainer to join our team. As a key member of the core team, you will work closely with founders and the board to shape our training culture.

As a Fashion Designing Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our product strategies, building rapport with learners, and collaborating on educational campaigns. You will contribute to our development while honing your skills, with opportunities to lead training initiatives and eventually grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for learners, including lessons, tutorials, or resources in fashion.
  • Personal Training Sessions (Online): Provide one-on-one or group training sessions remotely, guiding learners through relevant fashion topics or skills.
  • Reports and Analysis: Monitor learner progress, provide data-driven insights to improve the learning experience.
  • Mentoring and Counselling: Offer personal guidance and support to learners in the fashion field.
  • Team Creation: Build and manage remote teams across different states, assisting with hiring and onboarding to ensure cohesion and alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
  • 0-3 Years of experience in fashion designing/educator/fashion counselling.
  • Expertise in any field of fashion designing.
  • A highly motivated individual who enjoys building relationships with members and drives the adoption of products and services.
  • Hands-on experience in creating, testing & rolling out campaigns.
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and push forward for growth.
  • Ability to hire people and present to an audience.
