Job Title: Senior MEPF Design Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned MEPF Design Lead to join our team and drive the design of high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or civil engineering, with extensive experience in MEPF design, particularly in large-scale projects involving villas, residential, and commercial buildings.

This role requires a highly skilled professional who can lead cross-functional teams, collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders, and ensure timely and within-budget delivery of MEPF design phases.

Responsibilities
  1. Design Delivery: Oversee the design process, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that meet project goals and comply with national/international codes and standards.
  2. Project Execution: Manage all stages of MEPF design, from conceptualization to final implementation, and effectively resolve any design-related issues that arise during project execution.
  3. Tender Documents: Prepare detailed tender documents, including BOQs, List of approved makes, and statutory approvals related design documentation/drawings.
  4. Construction Documents: Ensure accurate release of Good for construction drawings and documents, update WPS trackers, and provide real-time insights into project status, milestones, and deadlines.
  5. Compliance and Safety Documentation: Maintain comprehensive safety audit and inspection reports, confirm adherence to codes, standards, and safety regulations, and document professional development plans and training records for team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with at least 6 years of experience in MEPF design for large-scale projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable IS Codes, National Building Code, NFPA, etc.
  • Experience with Revit is mandatory.
