Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A leader to drive sustained business growth through robust financial planning, budgeting, and decision support.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the organization's financial planning function, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to deliver insights, drive performance improvement, and maintain financial integrity.
- Develop and implement a framework for planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with corporate objectives.
- Manage functional budgets, including market access, medical, and G&A functions.
- Perform historical trend analysis of capital and operating expenditures for budget creation and decision support.
- Present in-depth financial analysis of actual results vs. targets on a regular basis.
- Qualified CA with 10 – 15 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience working in a global pharmaceutical organisation/ commercial aspects.
- In-depth knowledge of planning, budgeting & forecasting process.
- Excellent commercial knowledge of the business area and local financial environment.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with senior leadership.
