Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Malkapur. The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, including employee relations and performance management. Daily tasks will include developing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, and facilitating professional development and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation packages

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and have experience in the finance or investment industry. Key qualifications include:
