Quoting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quoting Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time role that involves preparing and managing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quotes.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
This position also requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, maintain records of quotations, follow up with clients, and update the status of quotes in the system.
