About the Role
">- The Sales Operations - Business Systems Quoting Specialist will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, testing, and implementing Quote-to-Cash applications at scale.
Your Key Responsibilities
">- Work closely with the Sales and Renewals teams to identify, recommend, implement, and support the sales and quoting process.
- Scope requirements, develop, design, and implement solutions for Sales & SalesOps, Channels, Finance, OrderOps, and the Customer Success team.
- Build and demonstrate CPQ prototypes in Salesforce.
- Act as a single point of contact for the business regarding all Salesforce CPQ related processes.
- Implement Product Configuration, Product Attribute-Based Dynamic Pricing, and advanced approval configurations using CPQ Price Rules, Product Rules, Option Constraints, Configuration Attributes, Summary Variables.
- Collaborate with product managers to enhance future functionality.
- Design CPQ architecture for optimized performance from Quote creation to Order fulfillment process.
- Support regression, UAT, and system integration testing for existing and new CPQ processes.
- Facilitate business process enablement lifecycle for the Salesforce CPQ platform.
About You
">- Prior experience in Salesforce CPQ and Lightning is essential.
- Able to work closely with internal stakeholders to scope requirements and deliver timely solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and CPQ configuration is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
