Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply & Demand planning.
  • Formulating and executing strategies to ensure targeted demand growth.
  • Managing the category team.
  • Gathering market and competitive intelligence from various sources and creating actionable insights.
  • Improving customer wallet share through strategic plans.
  • Guiding the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Managing teams to ensure target delivery.
  • Ensuring customer and partner experience is intact for the category.
  • Enhancing team skills towards growth in the organization.
  • Using data to analyze process gaps and improve business numbers.
  • Ensuring smooth workflow and gathering real-time feedback on business impacts.

Required Skills:
