Job Description:

The role of a Quality Control Specialist involves monitoring and auditing outgoing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities include identifying process deviations, data quality issues across workflows, performing root cause analysis on recurring errors or customer complaints, and collaborating with operations teams to implement corrective actions.

Maintaining and updating quality checklists and SOPs, tracking and reporting quality metrics, supporting internal audits, and conducting training sessions for O2C teams are also essential tasks in this position.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ERP proficiency, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, leadership abilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, experience managing teams, and the ability to drive performance through coaching and development.

A successful candidate will have expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive efficiency. They will also be able to integrate automation and analytics into quality checks, present quality insights and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership, and oversee audit readiness and adherence to regulatory and internal controls.
