UX Research Assistant

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a UX Research Assistant. As part of our product and design teams, you will play a key role in uncovering insights that shape the future of our platform.

Job Description:

As a UX Research Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with users, analyze competitor products, and contribute to meaningful product improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • User Interviews: Plan, conduct, and summarize interviews to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Heuristic Evaluations: Review our product to spot usability issues and suggest improvements.
  • Competitor Analysis: Benchmark competitor products and highlight innovation opportunities.
  • Qualitative Research: Identify themes and insights from interviews, usability tests, and feedback.
  • Quantitative Research: Assist with surveys, data collection, and analysis to uncover behavioral patterns.
  • Collaboration: Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to turn findings into actionable solutions.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong interest in UX research, usability, and human-centered design.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods (interviews, surveys, competitor analysis).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills.
  • A comfort working independently in a remote setup.
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like Google Forms, Figma, Miro, or survey platforms.
