Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to develop user-centric designs and drive business growth through strategic design solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Design Systems. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to multitask, work effectively in a team, and manage their time efficiently.

  1. Conduct research and gather information to create user experience design strategies.
  2. Evaluate and strategize UI/UX design approaches for brands.
  3. Design graphic elements, create design ideas using process flow, storyboards, and sitemaps.
  4. Produce high-quality UX design solutions and test UI elements.

The selected candidate will collaborate with the marketing team and internal designers to ensure the creation of designs that meet user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from managers to create user experience design.
  • Develop and implement UI/UX design strategies for brands.
  • Collaborate with designers to create engaging user experiences.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Android/iOS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a team, and manage time efficiently.
