Senior User Experience Designer

Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for user-centered design? We're looking for a talented UI/UX cum Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of customer service automation technology.
\The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with product managers and developers to design intuitive, high-quality interfaces that elevate user experience. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for visual storytelling.
\Key Responsibilities\- \
- Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications\
- Develop UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and/or Adobe XD\
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs\
- Apply design thinking principles to solve UX problems and improve product usability\
- Ensure consistency in design through adherence to brand guidelines and style standards (fonts, colors, icons, etc.)\
- Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate based on user needs and business goals\
- Create visual assets as needed, including icons, logos, and branding materials using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator\
- Research design trends, user behavior, and competitor products to inspire new ideas\
