Senior User Experience Designer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to spearhead the creation of intuitive and user-centred designs. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting solutions by considering competitors' analysis, data, and technical constraints/opportunities.

  • Develop effective communication channels with various departments (Business Development, Developers & Project Managers).
  • Create wireframes, design mockups, prototypes, and user flows to conceptualise new ideas.
  • Stay abreast of competitor products, their features, and industry trends.
  • Perform UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and enhance the customer/user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless designs in development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive design thinking across the organisation.
  2. Design and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  3. Evaluate and optimise existing designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
  4. Implement design systems that align with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Back-end Development logics, and SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in Prototyping, Wireframing, Visual Design, and User Research methodologies.
