Job Overview:

  • Support project planning and execution by coordinating activities needed to roll out new processes and standards. This includes communication, ongoing support, and measurement of complex and strategic processes/focus areas.
  • Support the development of training and communications to ensure success of new processes and focus areas. This includes change management, support, and measurement of the change to contribute to transformational success.
  • Support requirements definition and documentation for new processes. This includes documenting and defining requirements gathering approaches, as well as translating stakeholder requirements into various deliverables, including clear documentation for leaders to reference and utilize.
  • Drive adoption across all levels of the organization by analyzing and understanding current state and desired to-be state of a focus area/workstream. Provide actionable insights and practical recommendations on the problem to be solved and the impact and value of potential solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance, business, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional technical experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities in one or more of the following areas: technology roles (e.g., technology program management, technology product management, engineering), business analysis, business system analysis, technical project management, process design and implementation, or related experience, including agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Ability to communicate with a wide spectrum of cross-functional team members and influence without authority.
  • Experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions.
  • Strong business and technology acumen.
  • Organizational agility.
