Job Opportunity: Financial Accountant - IT/ITES Exports

About the Role
  • Manage end-to-end financial transactions in a cloud-based accounting system, including invoicing, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
  • Create and manage export invoices for international clients and ensure accurate bank reconciliations.
  • Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee vendor invoice management, expense tracking, and payroll processing within the accounting system or related tools.
  • Handle compliance requirements, including TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation, to maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Closely coordinate with auditors and senior accountants to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT/ITES export accounting is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with full-cycle bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation in Zoho Books is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance is necessary.
  • Detailed-oriented, independent workers with excellent reporting and documentation skills are preferred.
