Scientific Development Lead

About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of analytical methods, including in-process testing, stability analysis, and biosimilarity assessments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, and record experiments using electronic lab notebook software.
  • Analyse data using relevant instrument software and disseminate results through reports and presentations.
  • Troubleshoot critical issues and maintain instruments in coordination with operations team.

Candidates should have a strong foundation in analytical chemistry and experience with various technologies, such as chromatography and spectroscopy. Familiarity with statistical tools and document management systems is also desired.

Requirements

A PhD and 0-3 years of experience are required for this position. The ideal candidate will be able to train and cross-train colleagues on experimental design, execution, and troubleshooting.
