Hi Greetings of the Day We have a critical opening with our client for Customer Analytics role for Mumbai Pune Bangalore Coimbatore Chennai Gurgaon location Experience 3-9 yrs Location Mumbai Pune Bangalore Coimbatore Chennai Gurgaon Hybrid Job description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Analytics Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytical techniques and tools to derive insights from customer data enhance decision-making processes and drive strategic initiatives The role requires expertise in SQL Python and data visualization tools Tableau PowerBI alongside a strong foundation in descriptive analytics machine learning and statistical techniques Key Responsibilities Analyze customer data to identify trends patterns and insights that drive business strategy Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract manipulate and analyze data from various databases Utilize Python for data analysis and modeling implementing machine learning algorithms both supervised and unsupervised to enhance predictive capabilities Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders Apply statistical techniques such as regression clustering and gradient boosting to solve complex business problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute advanced analytics projects including those leveraging large language models LLMs and generative AI Present analytical results and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytical models and approaches adjusting as necessary Qualifications Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field Masters degree preferred Proven experience 6 years in customer analytics or a related field Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI Solid understanding of descriptive analytics and statistical techniques including predictive modeling regression analysis clustering and gradient boosting Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries e g Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch Knowledge of large language models LLMs and generative AI is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Role really excite you kindly share resume to Regards Jovin Swizer78100 60693
