Chief Credit Officer

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating the creditworthiness of loan applicants and properties. Your meticulous analysis of financial data, property valuations, and loan documentation will inform your lending decisions.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive credit assessments of borrower profiles, including credit reports, debt-to-income ratios, and payment history.
- Thoroughly review property appraisals to validate valuation, condition, and marketability.
- Verify and critically evaluate income, asset, and credit documents to ensure accuracy and consistency with underwriting guidelines.
- Review subsequent loan documents received post-processing for accuracy and completeness.
- Making informed decisions on loan applications (approve, conditionally approve, or deny) based on comprehensive analysis and adherence to guidelines.
- Complete detailed Underwriting Memos or worksheets as required, documenting the rationale for loan decisions and conditions.
Compliance with regulatory requirements is essential; you must adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
