Job Title: Experienced SOA Suite Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to support integration and technical development needs in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite, Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG), and Oracle HRMS technical modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and support Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Integration Delivery: Deliver synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk (batch posting) integrations, including JSON/XML-based solutions.
  • Testing: Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
  • RICE Component Development: Develop and customize RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
  • HRMS Module Expertise: Work on Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits).
  • Interface Building: Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP).
  • Data Migration: Support data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently with minimal support.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Expertise: 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus.
  • SOA Suite Expertise: Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Programming Skills: Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.
  • Integration Protocols: Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).
  • HRMS Data Structures: Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.
  • Testing Expertise: Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup.
