Job Title: Experienced Odoo Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Odoo consultant with extensive experience in implementing and managing ERP systems to join our team. As an expert in Odoo solutions, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, ensuring seamless integration of business processes, and driving business growth.

About You
  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in Odoo implementation and management.
  • You possess excellent knowledge of business processes and sales & accounts modules.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
  • You are proficient in the English language and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

We specialize in providing comprehensive Odoo implementation services tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses across industries. Our expertise spans various Odoo modules, including ERP, HRMS, ATS, CRM, Finance, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and E-commerce solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate customers' business requirements, needs, and objectives, and transform them into company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.
  2. Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
  3. Prepare a detailed scope of work (SOW) resulting from personalization sessions with our customers in the pre-sales phase to provide proposed solutions for the customer's business requirements.
  4. Documenting customer requirements and coordinating implementation with technical consultants and developers.
  5. Interact with key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct a gap analysis.
Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Odoo version 14, 15, 16, 17 Community and Enterprise Edition
  • Good understanding of business and operational processes, including Accounts, Sales/Purchase, Human Resources, Payroll, and Point of sale.
