Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned marketer to lead performance marketing initiatives across channels. This role will develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize ROI, and scale customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with understanding of SaaS sales cycles, CLV, and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead creation and management of paid campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with proven results.
  • Handled significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in B2B environment.
