Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Tender Manager to lead our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations and tender processes across government sectors.

This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and fostering relationships with government clients.

  • Manage GeM portal operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing.
  • Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies.
  • Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
