Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within the SailPoint platform.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) environment.
- Collaborate with development teams for customizations, workflows, integration updates, and connector management.
- Implement and manage SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications, as well as perform environment upgrades and patches.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
- Experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.).
