Senior Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management specialist to support and enhance our IAM program.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure, maintain, and optimize cloud-based identity management platforms, including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, universal directories, lifecycle management, and API integrations.
- Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes: user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Integrate new applications into the platform using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
- Monitor and manage workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems.
- Collaborate with Security, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with IAM industry trends and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta Identity Cloud.
- Proficiency with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and automation.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
