What You'll Do:

  • ">
  • Manage the lifecycle of identity management systems, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access control, and identity governance.">
  • Ensure system functionality, resolve technical issues, and provide timely and efficient issue resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).">
  • Collaborate with development and security teams to identify and implement improvements to the identity management systems.">
  • Support integration with various systems and applications, ensuring secure and efficient flow of identity and access data.">
  • Document solutions, issues, and workarounds to build a knowledge base for the team and customers.">
  • Provide operational support for identity management systems, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to production and non-production setups.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.">
  • 7-8 years of experience working with identity management systems.">
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining identity management environments.">
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, and governance.">
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.">
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and experience with integration protocols.">
  • Familiarity with security best practices and tools in identity management.">
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.">
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
