About the Role

This position oversees the security compliance program specific to physical security officer services at data centers, guaranteeing all sites meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

This strategic and operational role involves developing compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and implementing control measures to manage risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, supervise, and mentor a team of Regional Compliance Specialists to achieve optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with data center operations to identify potential compliance risks and implement effective solutions for enhancement.
  • Deliver timely and informative reports, conduct engaging training sessions, lead webinars, and facilitate meetings to elevate compliance awareness.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive compliance experience or a combination of both.
  • 3+ years of experience managing people, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Experience supporting an operations team in a datacenter environment and ISO9001 or ISO 27001 certification, demonstrating expertise in quality management and information security.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling efficient prioritization and task completion.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, driving innovation and excellence in compliance.
