Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facebook Ads Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns to achieve maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook Ads strategies to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP (if available).
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to build effective campaign structures.
  • Expand budget based on performance and key metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR...
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience running Facebook Ads with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform advertising decisions.
  • Experience with components of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, etc.
  • Knowledge of analytics and attributes such as last click, view, etc.
