Job Title: Ad Campaign Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ad Campaign Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running conversion ads, a keen eye for detail, and excellent analytical skills. They must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute conversion campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, implement optimizations, and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Manage budgets effectively to meet client expectations.
  • Compile and analyze daily data to identify insights and areas for improvement.
  • Identify target audiences and conduct research.
  • Analyze drops in performance, find root causes, and develop solutions.
  • Realize patterns from daily data and find opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Ideate and test new ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and web development teams to ensure high-quality ad copies and landing pages.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of experience running conversion campaigns at significant budgets.
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills.
  • Access to a stable and fast internet connection.
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and trouble-shooting abilities.
  • Great written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach and punctuality.
