Production Management Expert

The role of Production Head demands a seasoned professional who can effectively oversee the management of SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line of production.

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly material planning will be managed to achieve Maximum Possible Production (MPP) targets.
  • Collaboration with the Planning Team is essential for executing production planning and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Solving daily challenges through established processes such as SIM-1, SIM-2, SIM-3, and SIM-5.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading SIM-3 and SIM-5 alongside Heads of Departments from Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Warehouse, Facilities, Planning, Procurement, Safety, and HR departments.
  • Conducting productive meetings to address productivity, efficiency, and Quality concerns.
  • Coordinating day-to-day operations across Manufacturing inter-department teams.
  • Initiating Knowledge Enhancement (KE) projects and improvement project activities in coordination with Support groups.

Additional duties include:

  • Proactively managing ECO documentation and implementation control.
  • Reviewing and recommending enhancements for existing Departmental procedures.
  • Maintaining close monitoring and controlling Non-Quality costs through corrective measures with the support of SRT Tool.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in production management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to resolve complex problems and improve processes.
