Product Management Co-op

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Management Co-op to join our team and help us build a customer-centric product and scalable product operations.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with other members of the product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to understand customer pain points, use cases, and market needs.
  • You will work with Product Managers to identify new opportunities for growing the product, scope out product requirements, and work on collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.
  • You will collaborate with Product Design to support the build of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that can elevate customer experience.
  • You will coordinate with the QA team to test & release product features.
  • You'll analyze product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prior experience in product development work, conducting market research and opportunity mapping.
  • Able to break down complex problems into manageable ones and communicate them effectively to stakeholders through verbal and written media.
  • Prior experience working with Agile Scrum framework and basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment, collaborating proactively with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Educational background: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
  • Desirable: Prior experience crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes.
