Leadership Role

This leadership position involves driving team performance, ensuring service level metrics are met, and maintaining accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects and teams, with a strong ability to define projects, execute within timelines, and deliver on time.

  • Accountability for engagement results
  • Managing claim personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment, planning, and delegation of workload
  • Ensuring deep understanding of practice and portfolio objectives, driving strategy for assigned portfolio, and providing regular status updates and tracking KPI's/Metrics
  • Driving transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, and benchmarking
  • Engaging with customers to understand and address customer pain points
  • Providing direction and mentorship to operations team for delivery of goals, promoting a learning culture, and building a solid team
  • Aligning to customer goals and delivering on commitments consistently
  • Foreseeing risks, being proactive, and predictive while developing mitigation plans
  • Building impactful customer relationships, improving Net Promoter Score, maintaining existing book of business, and driving revenue growth

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills:

  • Minimum 14 years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in the L&A Domain, with extensive exposure to managing large teams
