Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our retail operations. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Drive sales, margin, shrink control, and cost optimization through effective inventory management practices.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Manage commercials and statutory compliance to minimize risk and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance and foster teamwork among store staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Talent Development: Identify and develop talent for critical positions to ensure succession planning and business continuity.
  • Customer Experience: Address customer feedback to improve service and processes, and stay updated on competition to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Local Events and Promotions: Drive local events and promotions as per marketing calendar to engage customers and drive sales.
