Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to fill the role of Mobile Device Management and Mobility Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a robust Mobile Device Management system, creating an Android Enterprise Account, and deploying a mobile device management platform compatible with Android.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a scalable and secure Mobile Device Management system
  • Create an Android Enterprise Account for app store management and distribution
  • Deploy a mobile device management platform that supports Android devices and integrates with Microsoft Intune
  • Develop streamlined device enrollment processes, including bulk and self-service options
  • Design and implement security policies, covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources
  • Configure integration with internal enterprise applications and tools
  • Provide support and training resources for end users and IT staff
  • Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment
  • Architect and configure a mobile-based VPN solution for Android devices
  • Provide expert-level support for complex MDM issues and incidents
