Job Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced specialist to lead the implementation of Mobile Device Management and MAM systems.
  • The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Android Enterprise Accounts and Microsoft Intune, as well as strong knowledge of security policies and protocols.
  • This role involves establishing a robust Mobile Device Management and MAM system, creating an Android Enterprise Account, deploying an MDM platform compatible with Android, and developing streamlined device enrolment processes.
  • You will also be responsible for building and implementing security policies, configuring integration with internal Entra applications and tools, providing support and training resources, maintaining ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, and architecting and configuring a mobile based Android VPN solution.
  • In addition, you will provide Tier 2/3 level support for ticket escalated for Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrolment/management/imaging issues escalated from front line IT teams and other internal IT resources during the Hypercare period.
  • You will also support the transition of ownership and management of Intune Endpoint platform to new provider, recipient, or staff.
