Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Series A fundraising journey for a fast-scaling EdTech brand.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and engage with investors to shape the growth trajectory of a global education platform.
  • Drive due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring efforts to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop investor decks, pitches, and negotiations that drive results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
  • Expertise in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring is essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
  • Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage.
