About the Role
  • You will source in-game music that complements new stories, scenes, and chapters, ensuring an engaging audio-visual experience.
  • Identify Sound Effects (SFX) that enhance narratives and special in-game situations, bringing the game world to life.
  • Manage character expressions critical to a 2D story format, collaborating closely with writers and artists to achieve cohesive storytelling.
  • Maintain quality control over characters, costumes, background art, and overall packaging/aesthetic, ensuring international appeal.
  • Cultivate insights from competitor analysis by extensively playing top games, sharing valuable feedback with the team.
Requirements
  • Experience in sourcing and managing in-game music, SFX, and character expressions.
  • Strong understanding of narrative flow and visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work closely with writers, artists, and creative teams.
  • Ability to analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
