Job Title: Facial Manipulation Expert

We are seeking a skilled retouching artist or face manipulation specialist to enhance facial features and match likenesses.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in high-end portrait retouching, facial reshaping, or AI-based face editing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze reference portraits and adjust second images to closely match facial structure, proportions, and overall likeness (up to 95% similarity).
  • Maintain realism and natural skin texture — no over-smoothing or obvious artifacts.
  • Preserve lighting, composition, and original photo quality as much as possible.
  • Provide layered PSD or lossless output formats for revisions.
Requirements:

Proven experience in portrait retouching, beauty editing, or facial manipulation is essential.

Expertise in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Liquify, Dodge & Burn, or equivalent AI tools such as Face Fusion, Roop, Deep Face Lab, etc. is required.

Strong eye for detail, anatomy, and subtle facial features is necessary.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines is expected.

Portfolio showing before-and-after examples of facial edits or similar work is required.

Additional Skills:
  • Knowledge of AI face-swapping tools or deep learning-based manipulation is a plus.
  • Experience with compositing, head swaps, or facial transformation is desirable.
  • Background in beauty/fashion retouching or VFX is beneficial.
