Job Description

As a Data Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing data quality across various organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Governance and Strategy:
    • Engage with stakeholders to understand their data quality requirements and business objectives.
    • Develop and implement data governance frameworks and solutions using industry-leading tools.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Utilize data quality tools such as Collibra, Talend, and IDMC to manage and enhance data quality processes.
    • Configure and customize data workflows and solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Quality Monitoring and Improvement:
    • Establish data quality metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data quality standards are maintained.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate data quality into broader data management initiatives.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data quality management, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Expertise in data quality tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
