Strategic Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the Data Strategy.
  • Assist the DQ Lead in implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Help build the Data Governance Office as a center of excellence promoting a data-driven culture.
  • Monitor industry and regulatory trends to guide data initiatives.
  • Promote data quality and position data as a strategic asset.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support reporting on data quality performance and standards.
  • Develop and maintain data quality rules and profiling tools using Informatica DQ.
  • Contribute to data catalog artifacts (definitions, lineage, standards).
  • Maintain organizational reference data.
  • Provide expertise on systems and processes to improve data quality.

Additional Accountabilities

  • Create data quality dashboards and monitoring tools.
  • Support RCA and business teams with data quality analysis.

Communication

  • Build strong relationships across business units and support functions.
  • Engage with vendors, data partners, consultants, and regulators.

Key KPIs

  • Delivery of DQ roadmap
  • Reduction in high-priority data issues
  • Improved stakeholder satisfaction
  • Measurable improvements in data quality

Decision-Making Scope

  • Advise on data governance implementation and strategic priorities.
  • Recommend budget allocations for data initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in data roles
  • Experience in data quality, governance, and financial services.
  • Skilled in Informatica DQ, SQL, and dashboard tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
