Financial Accountant Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial documents with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Calculate and verify reports provided by suppliers, generate invoices, and credit amounts to stores.
  • Run sales/scan reports for head office, generate invoices in Xero, and perform monthly statement/invoice reconciliation.
  • Perform administrative tasks, prepare and maintain important financial reports, and manage invoices from various departments and vendors.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be punctual.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
