This role involves developing and executing social media strategies that align with client objectives, managing and curating engaging content across various platforms, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and tools to enhance our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their social media goals and develop tailored strategies to achieve them.
  • Manage and optimize social media ad spend to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain a strong online presence through regular posting and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, paid campaigns, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
