Salary

We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities

As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and leading the Social Media team, driving the social media direction, and ensuring we present and look our best every day as a company.

You will plan and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with business objectives for all our group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Social Media strategies, crafting a roadmap with achievable leads, community growth, and website traffic.
  • Build Social Media calendars for all Business Units.
  • Fine-tune the narrative and positioning of each BU on social media aligned with business goals.
  • Build smart and inventive social media posts that resonate with our target audience, driving website traffic and reaffirming the narrative.
  • Collaborate with writers, marketers, and stakeholders to maintain a strong digital presence.
  • Strategize and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify and measure meaningful KPIs and think beyond vanity metrics.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven hands-on experience in Social Media, Content, and Paid Campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Sprout Social, Zoho, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Sales Navigator.
  • Good experience in developing and managing content.
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Profound knowledge of B2B niche domain approach and sales stages.
  • Previous experience in successfully mentoring and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
