Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Specialist

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as an Enterprise Solutions Specialist.

About the Role:

This role involves collaborating closely with business users and technical teams to design, implement, and support complex enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for enterprise solutions.
  • Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues through root cause analysis and effective communication.
  • Drive custom developments by interpreting business requirements into functional/technical specs.
  • Conduct thorough testing, manage business sign-offs, and lead deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Maintain strong understanding of PL/SQL scripting and Shell Scripting, with expertise in data flow between enterprise systems.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet organizational quality and timeline standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience (4–8 years).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise supply planning software.
  • Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation in a similar enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes.
  • Experience in integrating with SAP ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical analysts, developers, DBAs, middleware & infrastructure teams.
